Dónal Finn from Dromina is currently playing the lead role of Orpheus in the award-winning musical ‘Hadestown’ in the Lyric Theatre in London’s West End.
Dónal moved to London soon after school and trained at LAMDA. His work in theatre includes ‘Sing Street’ at the Huntington Theatre, Boston, ‘Albion’ at the Almeida Theatre and ‘Chasing Bono’ at Soho Theatre. His TV work includes ‘Wheel of Time’, ‘SAS: Rogue Heroes’, ‘The Witcher’ and ‘Cursed’. Film work includes ‘Four Letters of Love’, ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’ and ‘How to Build a Girl’.
Dónal was a 2023 Irish Screen Star of Tomorrow, chosen by Screen International and Screen Ireland.
Certainly a talent to watch out for.
