AIB Community €1 Million Fund, was opened to charity groups across the Island of Ireland to apply for a portion of this fund. The Butterfly Club reached out to all our families and volunteers, asking for them to vote for our club. The charities with the most votes were chosen in the Munster region and thankfully this included us. The Butterfly Club made a presentation to AIB outlining the capital projects which would be completed with the support of their Community Fund. We were delighted to be one of the four Munster Charities who received €28,000 capital funding from AIB Community Fund. We will be investing in additional adapted equipment for our members, and a storage facility for this equipment. The Butterfly club would also like to update our online presence, with a working website, showing all the positive aspects of the club.
