Plans have been submitted for a new residential development in Mallow that would see almost 200 new houses built in the town.
O’Flynn Construction, the firm behind the much-anticipated affordable housing scheme in Ballyviniter, are also behind the new development in the Spa Glen region of the town that would see 188 houses and a creche built in the area. This would be seen as a major boost to the area and complement the other recent housing developments in the Mallow region as a whole.
Planning has been submitted to Cork County Council, with a decision expected to be reached early in the new year.
