Congratulations to three Academy students who participated in the Patterns Taekwondo National Final in UL on Sunday, 13th November. Paul Heavin, a first year student, won bronze in the patterns and sparring finals, and Niall O’Sé, also First year, won gold in the Blue Belt Patterns Final. Alan Culligan, second year student, won gold in the Red Belt Patterns Final. All three students travelled to Budapest recently to participate in the Taekwondo World Cup.
